Using CC & BCC In Emails

By utilizing BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) and CC (Carbon Copy) in email communications, users gain powerful tools to enhance their messaging capabilities. These features have become integral components of modern email systems, empowering users with added flexibility and control over their interactions. With the ability to include multiple recipients and maintain confidentiality, BCC and CC enable efficient collaboration and seamless information sharing. Recipient replies by the bcc or cc will come into the same email of the primary, if the user is replying to an email that has a bcc or a cc will reply to all . Also if a Custom field is used it will only modify it for the primary recipient, if you want to use the bcc for mass emailing they should use the bulk email send instead so that it can work with custom fields.

Feature Key Points:

  • Mass communication

  • Anonymity for recipients

  • Information sharing and transparency

  • Ensuring relevance

Feature Benefits:

  • CC promotes transparency in communication by allowing all involved parties to be aware of the information shared, fostering a culture of accountability.
